Job summary

Primoris Gas Operations seeks a Service Design / builders call line liaison for its Little Canada, MN office. You will coordinate service requests, act as the main liaison between Xcel Energy and customers, and guide teams through construction requirements and project status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service, utility services, construction coordination, or technical support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service design and builders line liaison tasks with internal teams and external partners.
• Serve as primary liaison between Xcel Energy and customers, homeowners, and project managers.
• Track service requests from initiation to completion with documentation and follow‑ups.
• Interpret and explain construction requirements, tariffs, and industry standards to customers.
