Job summary

Q3 Contracting, a division of Primoris Services Corporation, is seeking a Senior Designer to focus on complex design projects and quality control. The Senior Designer will read and interpret construction drawings, design facilities for customers, and manage multiple projects end-to-end from on-site locations.

Primary responsibilities include coordinating with area engineers, obtaining permits, and communicating with customers to ensure deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP platform is a plus.
• GIS or mapping software knowledge desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings to determine job scopes (one lines, mechanical, plumbing, etc.).
• Design facilities for new and existing customers per customer standards.
• Manage multiple projects from start to finish and report progress.
