The role emphasizes timely responses, feedback looping to supervisors, and a weekday focus with occasional weekend shifts in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

• Research and resolve customer issues and follow up when necessary and appropriate
• Fulfill requests for information and maintain account changes

• Agent is the voice for the customer and funnels feedback & concerns to the Customer Support Supervisor or Director
• Work week is primarily Monday-Friday but will include a weekend rotation
