Job summary

Crew Carwash is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist customers by handling calls, emails, and field requests with professionalism. You will research issues, provide information, and maintain account details while representing the company’s customer-first values.

The role emphasizes timely responses, feedback looping to supervisors, and a weekday focus with occasional weekend shifts in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

• Work week is primarily Monday-Friday but will include a weekend rotation
