Job summary

Delta Millworks is seeking a Customer Support Representative to bolster our sales and customer service efforts. This onsite role is currently in Austin and will relocate to the Wimberly area in December 2026.

You will handle inquiries, support orders, and coordinate with logistics to quote freight, while building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or related relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Apps; NetSuite ERP experience is a plus.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving solutions.

Responsibilities

• Route initial customer inquiries to appropriate internal departments (phone and website).
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product support, orders, and technical issues.
• Enter sample orders and coordinate with logistics to quote freight for orders.
• Facilitate customer service claims and guide resolution with Production, Logistics, and Account Executives.
• Build professional relationships with customers.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Delta products and processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
