Qualifications

• Experience in millworks sales or related building materials sales.
• Strong knowledge of millwork products including moldings, doors, cabinetry components, and trim.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and sales software tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting millwork products that meet their needs and specifications.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and technical support regarding millwork materials, finishes, and installation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and designers.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and sales orders accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
• Stay current on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the millworks division.
