Job summary

WOODWEB in Dallas is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multimillion-dollar commercial architectural millwork projects. The role is Full-Time with remote flexibility and travel as needed, focused on the Dallas market.

Ideal candidates bring experience managing large millwork programs, AutoCAD familiarity (preferred), and a proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish while coordinating with contractors, architects, owners, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing commercial architectural millwork/woodwork projects
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar projects required
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Must be able to manage multiple projects at once
• Must be eligible to obtain airport security clearance/badging when required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage multimillion-dollar commercial architectural millwork projects from award through closeout
• Coordinate shop drawings, submittals, field measurements, production, delivery, and installation
• Work directly with general contractors, architects, owners, vendors, and field installers
• Manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, change orders, procurement, and project documentation
• Identify problems early and drive solutions to keep projects moving
• Coordinate with our production team and leadership.
• Travel to jobsites and to corporate offices as needed.
