Job summary

ADM Carbohydrate Solutions is seeking a full-time customer support specialist to provide world-class service for shipments to our customers. As the first line of communication, you will uphold ADM's reputation by delivering responsive, solution-driven support and collaborating with Sales, Operations, and other departments.

You will manage orders, inquiries, and issues within 24-48 hours, maintain accurate electronic files, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant customer support experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with internal systems for contracts, orders, inventory, and AR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer support for shipments and inquiries.
• Process orders, inquiries, and complaints within 24–48 hours.
• Maintain electronic customer files and collaborate with Sales, Operations and others.
• Assist accounts receivable efforts and review delivery/invoicing reports.
