Job summary

ADM Grain in Evansville, IN seeks a Customer Support Representative for a full-time, non-exempt role. You will provide world-class support for ADM shipments and serve as the primary contact for customers while collaborating with Sales, Business Managers, and other ADM teams to ensure reliability.

Responsibilities include processing orders, inquiries, and complaints within 24-48 hours, maintaining electronic files, and supporting accounts receivable efforts.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented focus for both internal and external customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Experience with internal order, contract, inventory and accounts receivable systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create excellent relationships with customers and be responsive to needs.
• Process customer orders, inquiries, and complaints within 24-48 hours.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.
• Maintain electronic customer files with contact details, instructions, pricing, etc.
• Log case details in ADM systems to provide transparency for reviews.
• Assist with accounts receivable efforts and review delivery/invoicing reports.
• Prepare general business correspondence and coordinate other functions as needed.
