Point of Rental Software is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver an outstanding customer experience for small to medium-sized businesses using our software. You will be the primary voice of POR, assisting and delighting customers while collaborating across internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for POR customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer requests for assistance.
• Address customer needs and resolve basic problems within existing specifications and standards.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience with clear communication and advocacy for customers.
• Follow up with customers and maintain thorough case notes and documentation.
• Prioritize issues and route them to the appropriate resources for resolution.
