Job Description As a Customer Service Associate , you’ll provide first-class assistance to clients, ensure smooth enrolling of clients and resolve concerns, and contribute to product improvements by collaborating closely with internal teams and customer feedback channels. Your Daily Tasks Act as the primary contact for clients needing support with their policy.

Assist clients through policy enrollment, ensuring smooth integration.

Perform detailed analysis of client issues and collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective resolutions.

Provide proactive recommendations and enhancements to boost client success and operational efficiency.

Keep thorough records of client interactions, and resolutions to enhance the collective knowledge base for future recommendation.

Collaborate with the product development team, channeling client feedback to influence future product features and functionalities tailored to client needs.
