Job description

ISG is looking for a confident, outgoing, professional, and organized individual with the ability to multitask to join our growing team. The Customer Service Representative will work remotely with company-provided equipment and handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department. Responsibilities include answering policyholder questions regarding due date extensions, document requirements for audits, indexing documents, and providing additional clerical support as needed.

General Accountabilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and support or direct to appropriate staff.
  • Make outbound calls to request documents from customers.
  • Return voicemail messages and support or direct as needed.
  • Answer policyholders and agents' questions about the audit and verification process.
  • Provide due date extensions for policyholders and agents.
  • Analyze incoming emails, submissions, and reports, then distribute accordingly.
  • Index documentation into the internal electronic files.
  • Assist in updating contact information for policyholders or agents.
  • Provide clerical support to other departments.
  • The company reserves the right to modify duties as necessary.

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in commercial underwriting or premium audit.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently in a distraction-free remote environment.
  • Spanish speaking skills are preferred.
