Job summary

A Best Service Team (BST) oferece uma vaga de Suporte 100% Home Office para quem domina atendimento em PT/EN. Integre um time remoto internacional que apoia marcas globais no setor de jogos online, com oportunidades de desenvolvimento e flexibilidade de horários.

Você atuará como ponto de contato para clientes lusófonos, resolvendo dúvidas com empatia e registrando tudo no CRM. A posição exige comunicação clara, organização e vontade de crescer no ambiente digital de atendimento ao cliente.

Qualifications

• Fluência em português e inglês, escrita e falada.
• Experiência anterior em suporte ao cliente é valorizada.
• Habilidades de comunicação claras e eficazes.
• Proficiente em ferramentas de CRM e aplicações de computador.

Responsibilities

• Atuar como primeira linha de contato para clientes de língua portuguesa via telefone, e-mail e chat.
• Fornecer informações precisas e soluções rápidas a perguntas dos clientes.
• Ouvir ativamente e demonstrar empatia para resolver questões.
• Registrar interações de clientes no sistema CRM.
• Colaborar com colegas e departamentos para resolver questões complexas.
• Participar de treinamentos para ampliar conhecimento do produto.
• Manter postura profissional ao lidar com reclamações.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Listen actively to customer issues and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer complaints or challenges.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and customer service software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
