Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient on computers and able to handle multiple screens.
• Able to type 60+ WPM and scan/fax documents.

Responsabilités

• Take incoming calls and answer FAQs.

• Coordinate preparation, editing and distribution of correspondence and reports.
