Job summary

CMP Global, a leading provider of Marine Products, Construction, and Industrial solutions, seeks a Customer Service Representative to join the Suffolk, Virginia team on a full-time permanent basis.

You will provide an exceptional customer experience, act as a liaison, and resolve issues with accuracy and efficiency. The role involves order processing, CRM management, and coordination with sales and production to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with order entry and processing of invoices and changes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• BSc degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and other channels within 24 hours.
• Process orders, invoices, cancellations, and changes daily.
• Provide product information, warranties, recalls, and replacements.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and accounts receivable to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records and generate status reports on issues.
