Job summary

Hydro is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support to our customers in the Cressona area. The role involves handling inquiries, processing orders, quotations, and maintaining files to ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and 2–3 years of customer service experience, with travel under 10%. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is expected; familiarity with Oracle PO or AS400 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders, including order entry, acknowledgment, part setup, and pricing verification.
• Manage customer accounts and handle communications via phone and email.
• Adapt and provide support for additional accounts as needed.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Enter purchase order requisitions.
• Report and resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain organized files.
