Job summary

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and 2–3 years of customer service experience, with travel under 10%. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is expected; familiarity with Oracle PO or AS400 is a plus.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding support to our customers. This position involves actively addressing inquiries, effectively resolving issues, and fostering a positive customer experience at every interaction.

What you will be doing

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience in extrusion or manufacturing customer service is desirable.
• Familiarity with Oracle P.O. management is considered an asset.
• Exposure to inventory and planning processes.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Working knowledge of AS400 is an asset.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in handling customer interactions via telephone and email.
• Highly organized, self-starter, and detail-oriented.
• Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
