Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of customer support, inside sales or related experience.
• Associates degree or technical degree with 1+ year of customer support, inside sales, or related experience.
• Experience working with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to moderate-to-high volume calls.
• Use multiple systems to provide pricing, order status, and product information.
• Respond to inbound inquiries by generating sales leads and quotes.
• Maintain accurate customer master data.
• Document calls and follow up to resolve issues.
• Support Regional Sales Manager and Direct Sales Specialists with quotes and order resolution.
• Review orders for accuracy before SAP entry.
• Follow internal policies to ensure accurate information.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
