This hybrid role focuses on advanced sales support, quote preparation, and pricing coordination to optimize customer opportunities.

You will assist Account Managers, ensure accurate pricing, manage quotes, and maintain CRM records while delivering exceptional customer service and operational accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM, quoting, contract, order, or sales-administration platforms.
• Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and pricing scenarios with accuracy and timeliness.
• Knowledge of order processing, contract review, and data entry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced sales support including complex quote preparation and pricing analysis.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, distributors, and manufacturers on pricing and availability.
• Validate quote configurations, terms, and expiration dates prior to delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and related systems; ensure compliance with procedures.
