SeaTown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air is seeking a Client Services Representative to act as a friendly voice, guiding customers through service options, scheduling, and inquiries. The role involves handling high-volume calls, maintaining accurate records, and delivering courteous, effective support.

You will work with MS Office and SERVICE TITAN, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and support customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Call Center experience preferred.
• Weekend availability 7am–6pm (8hr or 10hr shifts).
• HVAC & Plumbing Industry experience is a plus.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
• Dedicated to providing superior client service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment skills to make sound business decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite; SERVICE TITAN experience a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Consent to a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of inbound calls and book appointments at a high conversion rate.
• Identify client requests, provide effective solutions, and de-escalate concerns.
• Use critical thinking to solve client issues with sound judgment.
• Maintain understanding of our portfolio of products and services.
• Enter accurate records of client interactions while multi-tasking calls.
• Meet productivity standards and follow scripts.
