Job summary

SeaTown Electric Plumbing Heating & Air is seeking a Client Services Representative to handle a high volume of inbound calls, book appointments, and support customers in Seattle and surrounding areas.

You will resolve inquiries with professionalism, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate records while contributing to a fast-paced service team. Weekend shifts are required and bilingual Spanish is a plus. We value growth, training, and a strong customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of call center experience preferred.
• Weekend availability from 7am to 6pm.
• HVAC & Plumbing industry experience is a plus.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Consent to a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Receive a high volume of inbound calls and book appointments at a high conversion rate.
• Identify the client’s request or concern, provide the most effective solution, and de-escalate issues.
• Use critical thinking to solve problems with sound judgment.
• Maintain a complete understanding of our products and services.
• Enter accurate records of client interactions while multi-tasking.
• Meet productivity standards and follow call flows and scripts.
