Job summary

Sysco Guest Supply, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Customer & Territory Manager teams handling calls, emails, orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing orders, updating shipment details, researching ETA and tracking, and communicating standard procedures to internal departments. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED; College degree preferred.
• 2 years’ Customer Service experience with shipping procedures and inventory controls; Call Center experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from Territory Managers; provide order history, pricing, and ETA information.
• Process orders, invoices, credits/returns and respond to inquiries.
• Enter and update vendor drop ship orders with costs and specifications.
• Research ETA, proof of delivery, shipment tracking and returns as needed.
• Inform customers of order status and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
