Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from Territory Managers; provide ETA, order tracking, and pricing information.
• Process orders, invoices, credits/returns, and respond to inquiries.
• Enter and update vendor drop ship orders with relevant details.
• Research ETA, proof of delivery, shipment tracking, and returns information.
• Inform TM and customer about order status and resolutions.
