Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a customer advocate, identifying and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with various vendors for parts and order status.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Help improve our processes by providing valuable feedback.
• Ensure all duties conform with quality management standards.
