Agri Supply is seeking a Call Center - Customer Service Representative to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails, delivering fast, accurate and friendly service in a busy office environment in Garner, NC.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and a proactive attitude. You will follow scripts, provide quotes, resolve issues, and document conversations. Saturday work is required; no work-from-home.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls as well as email inquiries in a timely manner.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
• Provide price quotes on products or order totals and upsell other merchandise whenever possible.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide knowledgeable solutions.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Use available websites, product manuals, and intranet to provide detailed information on products, pricing, and shipping information.
• Check to ensure that changes were made to resolve customers' problems and create credit memos for returns.
• Resolve customers' service or billing complaints and escalate issues as needed to management.
• Give full attention to what others are saying and avoid interrupting.
• Must be able to work some Saturdays.
