Job summary

Syngenta Crop Protection in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to deliver high-quality service to a base of retail and grower customers. You will manage order processing from initiation to fulfilment and maintain strong client relationships.

You will work with sales and operations to ensure accurate information, timely responses, and opportunities to grow accounts while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, agriculture, science or related field is highly preferred.
• Experience delivering strong customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage order processing from initiation through fulfilment for assigned client base.
• Provide timely product, pricing, and program information to customers.
