Job summary

Glacier Bank in Polson, MT is seeking a Customer Support Specialist / Call Center Representative to handle incoming calls, answer questions, and resolve account issues with exceptional service.

The role requires familiarity with banking products, adherence to regulations, and using Jack Henry systems; offers pay range $18.70-$24.51 per hour DOE, plus incentives, PTO, and merit increases.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone inquiries with prompt and extraordinary service.
• Transfer calls to appropriate offices and staff.
• Process transfers, check orders, stop payments, and card orders.
• Provide customer service on ACH, ATM, online banking inquiries.
• Provide statement printouts and check copies, and assist with banking needs.
• Promote bank products and services per policy.
