Job summary

Paynada is seeking a full-time clerical position based in the United States with a hybrid work arrangement. The role involves handling high-volume support calls, outbound customer outreach, and CRM-driven setup and installation tasks in a dynamic payments environment.

The position requires strong verbal and written communication, excellent customer service, and at least 2 years in merchant services and in a technical/customer-support role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the merchant services industry is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical/customer support role is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume support calls and requests daily.
• Make outbound calls to customers to provide support on their requests.
• Deploy and install new equipment and reprogram existing equipment as needed for customers.
• Review files in CRM to ensure proper set up and installation.
• Create POS/VAR sheets.
• Offer general support to merchants and sales agents.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Work closely with multiple departments and vendors to ensure a smooth activation and provide continued support for merchants.

Position:

Responsibilities:

Required Education/Experience:

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is preferred

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule & Work Location:

This position is OFFICE based at our office in Dallas, Texas. This position is required to be in the office three days a week 9 AM CST - 6 PM CST. There is an opportunity to work from home two days a week following training, 9-6.
