Job summary

Beacon Hill is partnering with a Minneapolis-based organization to identify a Customer Service Representative for a six-month contract opportunity. You will respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience across product and billing matters.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2-4 years of customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience accurately documenting customer information and interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and account-related matters.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints through appropriate research and problem-solving.
• Process account adjustments, refunds, and related service transactions.
• Communicate claim investigation results and provide updates regarding resolutions or next steps.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further review and investigation.
• Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality customer service in every interaction.
