Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to handle orders, answer questions, and provide legendary service over phone, email and chat. This on-site, full-time role offers comprehensive training, growth opportunities and benefits.

The position operates in a 24/7 environment with multiple on-site shifts. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
