Job summary

Uline, a leading supplier of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a Customer Support Specialist in Hudson, WI. This on-site, full-time role focuses on fast, friendly, and customer-centric service, handling orders and inquiries with confidence using advanced technology.

You will become a product and solutions expert, answering questions about products, pricing, and shipping, while building strong customer relationships via phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you!
