Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a Customer Service Representative for the Washington Branch in Lacey, WA. You’ll handle orders and inquiries, delivering legendary service via phone, email and chat across world-class technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.

• Be a product and solutions expert; answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
