Job summary

Uline Minnesota Branch is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service on-site in Hudson, WI. You'll process orders, answer questions and guide customers through ordering using our systems.

Qualifications

• Be a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
