Uline, Texas Branch in Irving, TX, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to process orders and deliver legendary service in English and Spanish. This on-site, full-time role offers significant growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include handling orders via phone, email, and chat; providing product and shipping information; and building strong customer relationships with world-class support. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!

Full-Time Hours:

Training Shift is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM - after training, your shift will be Monday - Friday, various shifts available.
