We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Customer Support Specialist with outstanding communication skills to assist Talk Fusion Consumers with a variety of administrative needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Serve as a friendly, invaluable resource for Promoters and Customers by answering questions and educating consumers about the Talk Fusion brand
● Quickly respond to calls and emails in a polite, professional manner
● You will be one of our go-to people for any questions about our corporate protocols
● Assist with compliance regulation
QUALIFICATIONS
● Associate Degree recommended
● 3+ years of Customer Support
● PC/MAC experience in a Windows operating environment with strong typing ability
● Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
● Be a team player - ability to collaborate with others to accomplish goals
● Demonstrated problem-solving ability
● Excellent organizational skills - be detail-oriented
● Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including a high call volume
● Self-motivated
● Ability to proactively anticipate customer needs and make recommendations to meet those needs.
● Identify and assess departmental/individual training needs and take the necessary steps to keep abreast of products and services, as well as enhancements and upgrades
● Ability to act with a sense of urgency
● Ability to be resilient, positive, and focused
● Must be able to work on-site at our Brandon, FL office
