Your Role: As an Administrative & Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Build relationships by answering phone calls and text messages, following up on unpaid invoices, and addressing customer questions and concerns.
  • Support Operations: Assist with creating job estimates, scheduling, and rescheduling appointments.
  • Communicate Effectively: Use Slack to communicate internally, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to protocols.
  • Manage Projects: Complete daily checklists of creative projects and procedures, including updating KPI scorecard and handling other reporting tasks.
  • Engage with Customers: Compose and send emails, post on social media, and respond to online reviews.
