About The Role
Ultimate Travel is hiring a Remote Customer Support Specialist to assist with client inquiries, booking confirmations, and general post-sale travel support. This position plays a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and smooth communication between clients, travel advisors, and suppliers. The successful candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and travel advisor inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with booking confirmations, itinerary adjustments, cancellations, and travel updates
  • Provide accurate information on travel policies, itineraries, and documentation requirements
  • Track and manage service requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex or time-sensitive issues to appropriate departments
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction through prompt, professional support

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or the travel industry preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and customer service platforms
