Culligan Water is seeking a Customer Service Representative to engage with customers, discuss orders, resolve issues, and support related needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities include order processing, account management, proactive sales support, scheduling service and delivery, and coordination with the operations team. Strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Handle customer inquiries and process orders.
• Develop relationships to provide proactive sales support.
• Schedule service and delivery orders.
