POS Professional Office Services, Inc is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for our Winter Haven, FL location. The role supports the Sales team, customers, and corporate staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, and Salesforce. Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm ET, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers and sales reps to build productive relationships
• Assist sales reps in informing customers about products and promotions
• Act as the link between customers and the organization in the absence of the sales rep
• Provide best-in-class sales support and customer service
• Assist with pricing, quoting, and ordering as needed
