Qualifications

• Previous clerical or administrative experience.
• Experience in call center, collections, repossession, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Schedule appointments by phone and online.
• Provide in-person assistance, including one-on-one interactions with debtors.
• Professionally de-escalate tense or sensitive situations.
• Perform data entry and basic computer tasks.
• Manage clerical duties (filing, printer, copier, scanner).
