Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
• Typing speed of at least 70 wpm.
• Proactive, take ownership and see tasks through to completion.
• Experience with Shopify, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and YouTube is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via Email, Phone, Social Media, Direct Messages, and comments.
• Provide compatibility and fitment guidance, order status, and tracking information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relevant order, product, and customer data.
• Provide product recommendations and identify opportunities to increase sales while ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and share feedback on recurring issues and improvements.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and take initiative in new responsibilities and duties.
