You’ll work closely with the Office Manager, sales team, and other office staff to deliver excellent service and keep our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and reply to customer emails in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions, order inquiries, and general requests.
• Provide customers with clear information and assist with straightforward questions and concerns.
• Gather necessary details when customers report issues and ensure they reach the right team members.
• Follow up on open matters to ensure customers receive responses or resolutions.
• Maintain a calm and helpful demeanor, even when customers are frustrated or issues arise.
• Prepare, organize, scan, file, and distribute customer and order-related paperwork.
• Assist with routine administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
• Keep customer records accurate within company systems and support team members as needed.
• Communicate order status, shipping, and availability details to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain order information or resolve customer problems.
• Help escape complex or unresolved issues to the Office Manager and ensure proper follow-through.
