Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Our customer is a global professional services firm headquartered in New York City, with businesses in insurance brokerage, risk management, reinsurance services, talent management, investment advisory, and management consulting. They have a strong reputation based on their quality colleagues, deep client relationships, global presence, intellectual capital, and collaborative culture.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote in Urbandale, IA, Franklin, MA, Houston, TX, Tampa, FL, and Miami, FL. Training and work will be remote, requiring a quiet, professional space for calls. Candidates must be available and online during full shifts outside scheduled breaks.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent. Office experience or prior call center experience is preferred. This is a call center role.

• Training – 8/4 to 8/15 (must attend 100%)
• Nesting – 8/18 to 8/29 (mix of on-call and training)
• Production (full-time on phones) begins 9/2, after a holiday on 9/1
• Schedule – 8 am to 4:30 pm CST during training, nesting, and production phases
