Job summary

NC Custom, the promotional products arm of Nassau Candy, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Hicksville, NY for an in-person role. This is a fast-paced position supporting distributor networks with product information, order management, and issue resolution.

We offer a collaborative environment that works closely with production and outside sales teams, with a focus on accuracy, timely follow-ups, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Customer support, client services, or inside sales experience (manufacturing/distribution a plus).
• Strong computer skills: updating accounts, tracking calls, accurate record-keeping.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and communication skills (phone/email).
• Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-first approach with problem-solving and listening skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage calls & emails: order status, tracking, production questions
• Provide quotes: product, freight, and program pricing
• Follow up on large repeat orders, samples, and sales initiatives
• Support Outside Sales with administrative tasks
• Work with production teams on order updates & custom projects
