Nassau Candy’s NC Custom division is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist our distributor network with product information, order management, and issue resolution in Hicksville, NY. This in-person role requires experience in customer support or inside sales, strong communication, and detail-oriented records.

You will coordinate with production teams, provide quotes, and help growth initiatives while keeping customers satisfied.
