You will answer questions, resolve problems, and help grow sales while upholding the organization’s culture and gospel-centered mission.

The role requires accurate data handling, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work under time constraints.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and accurate, organized to handle orders with care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under stress and time constraints.
• Strong problem solving and team-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge and experience with CEF curriculum helpful but not required.
• Ability to life 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Processes orders received through cefpress.com.
• Assists customers with account, order, or product questions, processes returns, etc.
• Focused on increasing sales.
• Researches international shipping and ensures proper paperwork is completed.
• Determines best way to send shipments.
• Follows procedures to ensure orders are shipped the best way.
• Maintains and improves customer relationships.
• Files orders and keeps picking tickets in order as necessary.
• Takes part in promotional and marketing efforts.
• Packs orders in appropriate shipping containers to ensure delivery without damage.
• Stocks product and shipping material as needed.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
