Job summary

Child Evangelism Fellowship® of Connecticut, Inc. is seeking an Office Associate to provide essential administrative and ministry support from a home-based office.

You will collaborate with the State Director to ensure smooth operations, manage records, donor activity, and communications, and support ministry events across CT and RI. The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and a servant leadership approach, with occasional travel to CT/RI events and flexible hours Monday–Friday,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems.
• Manage correspondence including email, voicemail, and mail distribution.
• Coordinate volunteer onboarding and screening processes.
• Process donor acknowledgments and receipts promptly.
• Support events, communications, and ministry reports.
