Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry of customer orders and ensure order quality.
• Use Excel and other tools for tracking, processing, and reporting.
• Assist customers with product setup using Publisher-like programs.

• Provide proactive follow-up on orders and updates.
• Build strong relationships with customers through active listening and communication.
• Cross-sell and recommend complementary products when appropriate.
