East Bay Restaurant Supply, Inc. is seeking a proactive Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will respond to inquiries, process orders, quote customers, manage open orders, coordinate with internal teams, and support Account Managers in building lasting customer relationships while upholding accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Independent problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with Copper CRM preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

What you’ll do

• Track and manage open orders to ensure timely delivery
• Follow up with vendors regarding purchase orders and shipments
• Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing)
• Conduct product research to support customer needs
• Handle returns, freight claims, and warranty or repair issues
• Support Account Managers in maintaining and growing customer relationships
