Job summary

Lantronix, Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Representative II to respond to customer purchase orders and non-technical inquiries. You will work with our ERP system to ensure accurate, timely information and collaboration with Sales for a seamless experience.

• 1–2 years in customer service or related roles.
• Growth mindset and adaptability to change.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues before escalation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook is a plus.
• Salesforce.com experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using phone and conferencing tools.
• Highly organized and proactive with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via chat, phone, and email.
• Coordinate with Sales to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Close out quotes and opportunities based on purchase orders.
• Manage customer service mailbox and inquiries.
• Assist with backlog and shipment reports to ensure accurate forecasts.
• Enter orders into IFS ERP and respond to order questions.
